Cancellation Policy
We allow for cancellations and/or changes to be made to orders within 24 hours of the order submission. All items are handmade to order so we are unable to change or cancel your order after 24 hours. 

Exchanges
PJP will happily exchange unworn, non-customized items for domestic orders within 30 days of your delivery date. To request an exchange please email us at info@puddlejumperpups.com.

Returns
PJP accepts returns for domestic orders within 30 days of delivery date. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. To request a return please visit our returns page.

International returns & exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at info@puddlejumperpups.com for more information.
