How long does it take for my order to ship?
All PJP products are handmade to order and ship within 3-9 business days from your order date as all of our items are handmade and made to order. For more info about shipping please visit our shipping page.

 

Why is my package delayed during shipment?
We do our very best to ship all packages as quickly as possible. Unfortunately there are global delays due to the historic volume of packages, combined with labor shortages due to Covid-19. Please reach out to our team if your package has not received a USPS or UPS scan within the last 7 business days. 

How do I know what size my pup needs?
Our sizing chart can be found in every listing. Please measure your dog's neck and compare it to this chart to be sure about the size you will need to order. 

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we do. For more info on this please see our exchange page.

How do I care for my PJP items?
We recommend machine washing collars, leashes & harnesses on cold with like colors and laying flat to dry. A cool iron can be used if needed. Do not bleach. Do not soak.
PJP accessories are spot clean only.  

 

I received something other than what I ordered. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear this! Although our error rate is very low, mistakes do sometimes happen. Please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to correct any errors. 

Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes, we do offer this. Please contact us via the chat feature we will be happy to discuss custom options for your pup!

 

What size collars are pictured in your collar listings?
All collars pictured in the single collar listings are size XL (1.5"). If you order a collar smaller in width you will see slightly less of the pattern. We choose our fabrics with this in mind and you can expect the fabric to look great on any size you order!

 

How do I use my coupon?
There will be a coupon field available on the second page of the checkout screen. You can enter your coupon code there. Please note, you may only use one coupon/discount per order. Exclusions on discounts may apply. Please check fine print of discounts before checking out.

Absolutely! You will find those here. 

 

Does PJP make martingale collars?
Yes! You can select our martingales from any collar listing! Just choose the size martingale you need from the size section.
