The lowest-priced qualifying collar will automatically be discounted.

The free item must be a collar. No substitutions are permitted.
The free collar cannot be exchanged for a leash, harness, bandana, bow, toy, treat, gift card, or any other product.
This promotion cannot be applied to previous purchases or orders that have already been placed. We are unable to adjust pricing or issue partial refunds for prior orders.
Orders may not be combined, split, or modified after purchase to qualify for this promotion.
Each qualifying promotion applies to a single order only.

If a qualifying item from a Buy 2, Get 1 FREE order is returned and the remaining purchase no longer qualifies for the promotion, the value of the free collar will be deducted from the refund.
If the free collar is returned, no refund or store credit will be issued for that item.
Exchanges are welcome for eligible collars in accordance with our standard return policy, subject to product availability.
