Role

We’re hiring Seamstress Assistants to join our team from mid-October through December. These are seasonal job opportunities perfect for after-school hours or anyone looking to earn extra holiday cash. Assistants will be paired with a seamstress to help with prep work and organization, so they can focus on sewing. No sewing skills are required, just a willingness to learn and keep up in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist seamstresses by preparing materials (cutting, ironing, and organizing)
• Keep track of orders and help maintain workflow
• Work as part of a two-person team
• Set seamstresses up with everything they need to complete sewing efficiently
• Assist with additional tasks needed to support holiday operations

Requirements

• High school student or older
• Self-starter, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable learning new skills (no prior sewing experience needed)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work:
• Weekdays (M–F) from November 3 – December 21
• The Weekend before Christmas: December 19, 20, 21
• Offices are Closed Thanksgiving Day (November 27)



Schedule and Compensation

• 15-25 hours per week (3-5 hour shifts)
• Seasonal employment: Mid-October through the end of December
• Pay: $12/hour
• Multiple positions available (4 openings)
