Can I upgrade my shipping for faster delivery?

Most certainly. UPS shipping and upgraded USPS shipping is available at checkout. Please keep in mind that faster shipping speeds do not include faster processing speeds. Are embroidered collars included in the sale?

Yes! Embroidered collars are included in our November Gifting Sale! We don't often discount our embroidered items so get 'em while you can!

Embroidered collars are final sale due to the level of customization so keep that in mind as you shop. 

What if I ordered the incorrect size for my dog? Do you offer exchanges?

We do offer even exchanges! You will need to request an exchange via our exchange portal. 

Can I use my Pup Points during the sale?

Yes! Pup Points will work normally during the sale period.
