Shipping 

How long does it take for my order ship?

Our normal processing time is 3-10 business days. We do our very best to ship out before all estimated ship dates. 

Can I send part of my order to a different address?

We only ship to the shipping address provided at checkout and cannot ship to multiple addresses. Please consider placing multiple orders should you desire your items to ship to multiple locations. 

Custom Items

Do you offer custom sizing?

We do absolutely offer custom sizes at no additional charge if your pup is unable to fit into one of the sizes found on our sizing chart. Please contact a PJP team member before placing an order for a custom size. 

Can you add my dogs name to his/her collar?

Yes, we do absolutely offer custom embroidery on our collars. 

Products

Am i able to wash my dogs collar or harness?

Yes you can. Our recommended washing instructions are as follows:

-Wash on delicate with like colors. -Lay flat to dry. -Do not bleach.

How do i know which size to order my dog?

Sizing charts have been made available in all of our listings

Orders

I received something other than what I ordered, what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear this! Although our fulfillment error rate is far below industry average, mistakes do sometimes happen. Please contact us via Etsy message to get this sorted out for you.

Can i make changes to my order?

Please make sure you have submitted your order correctly, sizing charts have been made available in all of our listings. Changes to order must be made within 24 hours of ordering being placed.

Exchanges 

Do you offer exchanges?

We do. Items without monogramming can be exchanged within 5 business days of delivery. Please arrange exchanges with us prior to sending your item back. Items sent back prior to exchange arrangements being may or may not be exchanged.

Coupon Codes

Can i use more than one coupon code?

Only one coupon code may be applied per purchase.

When/Where do I enter the coupon code?

Coupon codes must be entered into the box that appears during the final steps of the checkout process, and must be entered after all items have been added to your cart.
