November Gifting Sale Terms

 

Do I need to enter a code to receive the discounts?
No! 40% off PJP Handmade will automatically apply to your cart once you have $50 worth of PJP Handmade items in your cart. Our Pup-Up Shop items are already marked down 25%. There is no minimum required to order Pup-Up Shop items at 25% off. 

 

How long will it take to receive my items?
All of our handmade items are made to order. Our processing time is dependent on our current order volume. We aim to get your items shipped within 5 business days. For more detailed shipping info see our shipping page. 

 

Can I update my shipping for faster deliver?
Most certainly. UPS shipping and upgraded USPS shipping is available at checkout. Please keep in mind that faster shipping speeds do not include faster processing speeds. We do accept a limited number of rush orders per week. for more info about rush processing please email us at info@puddlejumperpups.com. Our customer service team will be glad to help you. 

 

Are embroidered collars included in the sale?
Yes! Embroidered collars are included in our November Gifting Sale! We don't often discount our embroidered items so get 'em while you can! Embroidered collars are final sale due to the level of customization so keep that in mind as you shop. 

  

What if I ordered the incorrect size for my dog? Do you offer exchanges?
We do offer even exchanges! You will need to request an exchange via our exchange portal. 

  

Where and when is the sale?
The November Gifting Sale is valid from 12:01am November 4 to 11:59pm Nov 24 EST only on www.puddlejumperpups.com.
