Can I ship the items in my order to separate addresses?
We love that your are shopping with us for your gifting needs, but we are unable to split ship your order to multiple addresses. You are welcome to place multiple orders with different addresses at checkout. If you need help completing this please let us know and we will be happy to assist you. 


My tracking information has not been updated. Has my package shipped or is it lost?
USPS is currently experiencing significant delays due to increased volume and residual effects of COVID. There may be tracking delays with your shipment, but rest assured your order is on it's way even though the tracking information may not currently be up to date. 


Will I receive my order by Christmas?
We do our very best to ship all orders out within 10 day business days. Please keep in mind, all of our orders are handmade specifically for you after your order is placed and ship in the order in which they are received. For more detailed shipping information please feel free to reach out to us via message. We answer all messages within 1 business day. 

Do you sell giftcards?
Yes, we do! You will find them here. Custom amounts are available upon request. 

I'm purchasing a gift, but I'm not sure what size the dog wears. Can you help?
We recommend checking out our sizing guide page. If you are still unsure, feel free to reach out to us. Gift cards are always a great option as well. 


Are embroidered collars available for purchase during your holiday sale?
Due to the complexity required to create embroidered collars we are not available to include them in our Black Friday Sale Weekend at a discount. 


Is the B3G3 promo for collars only?
Yes it is. Once you have six collars added to your cart the discount will be automatically applied.
