Choose from a solid or printed fabric! If you would like a solid color with lace please select the color of your choice from the drop-down menu above. If you would instead like a print, please note this at checkout in the "notes to seller" section!

Girly Bows are designed for S, M, L, and XL collars. You may choose any fabric pattern in our shop, or a solid color. If you would prefer your bow to be made in a print please choose "Print-note@checkout" and then indicate your fabric choice in the "notes to seller" section at checkout.

We are one of the first to design a bow specifically for girly dogs! Each bow is hand sewn and attached to collar using two velcro straps. The bow can be attached to any collar without any alterations to the collar itself. The velcro may be trimmed to fit your specific collar if needed. No additional care is needed after trimming. The velcro strap will not fray.

S/M Bows are made for small and medium collars.
L Bows are made for large and X-Large collars
XL Bows are made for XL, and XXL collars

Girly Bows are not machine washable, but can be removed from collar and rinsed with water and mild soap.

SHIPMENT OR DELIVERY ISSUES??: We know this happens sometimes. Packages get lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail. We understand this, but rely on our customers to communicate such issues to us as quickly as possible. We ask that buyers notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for a refund/re-shipping solution to be considered. If you do not contact us within the 7 days window we may not be able to help you with these issues. Please contact us via Etsy message with any issues and/or questions about this policy.

Puddle Jumper Pups has a primary location in Grovetown, GA. Some items will also ship from other locations in TN, GA and IN. If you have questions regarding shipping speeds or processing times, please contact us via Etsy message.

Please make sure you have submitted your order correctly, sizing charts have been made available in all of our listings. Changes to order must be made within 24 hours of order being placed . Please contact us via Etsy message for any updates to your order within this time frame.

If your order is submitted incomplete (i.e. Without notation of patterns and sizes etc) we will message you via etsy message one time. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours we will be forced to cancel your order.

-Measurements are the responsibility of the BUYER. We are not able to measure your dog's neck for you, so please make sure to do this accurately!
-SEE THE SUPPLIED MEASUREMENT GUIDE in listing pics for detailed instructions on measuring your dog's current collar.
-You can also get the same measurement by wrapping a fabric tape measure around your dog's neck to get the neck circumference.
-If the measurement is submitted incorrectly, this will fall back on the buyer. We work off of the information that is submitted with your order, so please be careful when submitting this information!
-If you have questions or concerns about your measurement, please contact the shop PRIOR to submitting your order.

Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

Items without monogramming can be exchanged within 5 business days of delivery. Delivery dates are determined by the USPS tracking attached to your order. The item(s) being exchanged MUST be in new/unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please arrange exchanges with us prior to sending your item back. Items sent back prior to exchange arrangements being may or may not be exchanged. Order cancellations can be made only up to 24 hours after purchased.

Monogrammed items are not able to be returned. All custom sizes are final sale.

Damaged/defective merchandise can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receipt date.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Our normal processing time is 3-10 business days. We do our very best to ship out before all estimated ship dates.

Do you offer exchanges?

Can I wash my collar(s)?

Absolutely. Our recommended washing instructions are as follows:
-Wash on delicate with like colors.
-Lay flat to dry.
-Do not bleach.

Do you offer matching leashes?

We absolutely do! You can find our available leashes in the "Leashes" section of our shop.

I received something other than what I ordered, what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear this! Although our error rate is low, mistakes do sometimes happen. Please send us a message as soon as your order arrives for us to sort out any issues you are having.
